Providing a clean and hygienic studio is always one of our main priorities here at Nevermore. We are consistently thorough and diligent with our cleaning standards and have recently implemented a more vigorous routine within our common areas in effort to remain a safe and healthy environment.
In light of recent events we have made the decision to implement the following extra precautions within the studio.
▪︎ All existing appointments will remain unchanged. If your appointment is in our diary secured with a deposit it will go ahead unless otherwise notified. If you have not already, please ensure we have a contact number for you.
▪︎If you find yourself feeling unwell, have a cough or fever, or have been exposed to anyone experiencing symptoms, please get in contact with us to rearrange your appointment and continue to self isolate. Most of our artists have quite busy schedules but we will try our best to book you back in as soon as we can, with this being said we will not rebook your appointment within 14 days of any displayed symptoms.
▪︎Our 48 hour notification policy will be reduced to 24 hours. If you contact us to rearrange your appointment providing more than 24 hours notice we will transfer your deposit. If less than 24 hours notice is provided than your deposit will be forfeited. Whilst we do not wish to be unreasonable and fully understand that being unwell is absolutely no ones fault, we also have a duty to protect our self employed artists.
▪︎In line with our booking terms and conditions, if you attend your appointment exhibiting any symptoms of a cold, flu or virus we will have to turn you away. If this occurs, your deposit will be forfeited and a new one required to secure another appointment.
▪︎We pride ourselves on our community spirit and inclusive environment and whilst we are usually more than happy to host and invite you into our space, with current circumstances we are restricting the number of visitors in to the studio. Therefore only persons who have an appointment will be allowed access to the studio. Please leave your friends and family at home as we cannot accommodate them at this time.
▪︎We are closing our doors to the public and will be operating as a private studio, therefore no walk in bookings will be taken within the shop. If you would like to discuss a tattoo design or booking. Please contact us via phone, email or the Nevermore Facebook page.
▪︎We shall be temporarily implementing a booking system for piercing services. Whilst we usually only have a walk in service, to reduce the amount of people within the studio and to allow extra cleaning time, all piercing services will require an appointment. Jess will continue with her normal working hours, please get in touch to make an appointment. Again, please do not come into the studio if you are unwell.
▪︎If a member of the team displays any symptoms, as per government guidelines they will be required to self isolate for 7 days. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to offer you an alternative appointment with your artist.
▪︎We will not be offering any refunds on deposits, however we will transfer them on to a new appointment.
▪︎Any person attending the studio will be required to apply alcohol gel or wash their hands on arrival.
Whilst some people may feel these temporary policies are inconvenient, we feel they are necessary to continue providing a safe working environment for both our clients and team members. All of us here at Nevermore either have children or dependants who rely on us and it is our job to keep you, them and ourselves safe whilst maintaining an income.
