evermore Tattoo was founded in 2013 by owner Dan Barren, Daventry’s longest established tattoo artist. Dan decided to open Nevermore with the emphasis being on originative, custom, high quality tattoos in a friendly and creative setting.

Nevermore Tattoo has undergone significant growth in recent years, thanks to the dedication and talent of our team. As a result, we outgrew our original studio on Brook Street and relocated to Bishop Crewe House. Our new space is fully accessible and equipped to offer a diverse range of tattooing styles and genres.
The studio’s name ‘Nevermore Tattoo’ is inspired by the famed romantic-era poet Edgar Allen Poe, which is reflected in our décor, featuring a collection of Victorian antiques, taxidermy, and other curio pieces. Our walls are adorned with some of our favourite artists and tattooists’ works, serving as interesting conversation starters for our customers.
We have also expanded our services to include cosmetic body and ear piercing, and we offer a wide range of high-end body jewellery for customers to purchase.
Our artists have been featured in various UK and international magazines and are regularly invited to tattoo conventions across the country.
We also regularly host guest tattoo artists who bring a wealth of diverse artistic talent, techniques, and inspiration to our studio. Stay tuned on our social media pages for updates on upcoming guests and exciting collaborations.

At Nevermore Tattoo, it is of utmost importance to maintain a professional and inclusive environment for all artists, clients, and visitors. We strive to uphold the highest standards of hygiene to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Should you have any queries regarding your physical or mental well-being, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

We take pride in our outstanding reputation, demonstrated by our excellent client reviews and local community involvement. In Daventry, we are a small community, and we value strong relationships with our local businesses. By utilizing and promoting local goods and services, we can provide support to one another. Our art and painting workshops, as well as family-friendly events, are a testament to our commitment to the community. In previous years, we have been an integral part of the Daventry Arts Festival, and have worked with local charities. Upcoming events can be found on our social media sites. We hope to see you at our next event.
